Just bought GC 41, and decided to add '39 and '40 on the page suggesting them. I got the emails for downloading for all three, but when I logged in afterwards only GC '41 is registered on my account.
Installing with the provided keys went ok, and it seems to work as intended.

You could try to register manually in your Matrix account.

That worked.
