No Serial Numbers

I just purchased PZ Corp and the Grand Campaign's 39,40 & 41.
Down loaded however NO Serial Numbers...No email with them in it.
I'm a long time customer and this is the first ever glitch from Matrix...Sure Hope I get the Serial Numbers before everyone bolts for the Mid Winter Solsitice Festival

Iain: Done, I recieved a response requesting more information, awaiting their reply ...

Turns out my ISP was treating their emails as spam and blocking them.
They sent the serial numbers to my Gmail account and all worked just fine.
As usual Matrix always does the right thing, great service, great games.
