The CS-EW 97 class cruisers in a save game I'll try to upload lack the join fleet option on right click. The design concept is that having no firepower means it will do its job while keeping its distance.

I tried the cmd line upload recommended in the upload sticky but did not get a return to the command prompt. I tried it again and it is still an open ftp. Please let me know if it gets through.

I think I had the same problem of 0 firepower ships cannot control right click to a fleet.

Perhaps you can add them via the ships and bases screen.
