Looking for US opponent in scenario 17

I would like to venture beyond the AI, but have never played PBEM before. Consequently, I'd need a briefing on how to send/receive turns. Aside from that, I prefer to play with all settings set to max realism. Playing against the AI, I typically can go through about 20 turns in a sitting (at about 15 minutes per turn) before I start dozing off and doing really dumb things (that the AI makes me pay for). Week nights and weekend mornings are best.
