[Agent] Beachead Terrain Mod

Having had ZERO luck with the scenario editor; its back to graphics.
Will be posting in here files, and csv information for all standard scenarios.
@Doom. Big request; please leave the eyecandie space at (11,9) I use that for the beach head terrain, and I want to keep the .csv code consistent across all scenarios.
