Dear Close-Combat-Team,

I have a serious issue that I cannot help myself with.

Problem: Start campaign (doesn´t matter if close combat 5 or longest day), having 3 battles, after arranging my units for the 4th battle i have a crash before I can go to the tactical screen. I know it sounds weird but it keeps crashing right before tac sreen of 4th battle. Windows tells me that the executable stopped working.

What machine I am using: its an Aspire 7540G Notebook with an AMD Turion II Processor, ATI Mobility Radeon Card, 4GB memory, Windows 7, Service Pack 6/7 tested both

What I already did to solve the problem: updated windows to Service Pack 7, made a new installation of the game, downloaded all the patches, installed all the patches

I am a huge fan of the game and had all the titles since the first version - yesterday I suddenly remembered how much fun i had and downloaded this part, didnt even know that there are that much. If I wouldnt experience that crash all the time, I would have stopped working

What is the version number and what is the screen resolution of your display?
What battle are you fighting?
