Tutorial Question

Just going through the tutorial and I have a question. The first tutorial starts and goes through several pop up windows and then goes back to the main screen with a red circle around the "Open Options Screen".
When you click OK to return to the main window, what is next? Looks like the tutorial is to be 10 turns long. Are you to click "Finish turn"? Doesn't say what to do next. Sorry if I am being dense.
