Just loading up the program for the first time.......what mods would a noobie need or require?

None really.

I made my own mods. An ugly NATO symbol overhead icon mod, an ugly HUD icon mod.

From JMass I use his transparent HUD mod and flags.

Either JMass or bcgamer splash screens.

I load my historical flags, transparent HUD, six guys, game menu screens, SdKfz 222-231 mods and the HintJ's small rubber bands mod.
