Has anyone compiled an IJN ship list with basic attributes? Can this be generated from the editor? I seem to recall seeing a list of all IJN ships in and Excel file a while ago, yet I cannot find it.

You can use the witploadae.exe utility that michaelm provides (available in the beta updates or with the game). The utility reads the scenario files and produces an excel file in .cvs format. The ships are listed in the WITPshpXX file, where XX is the scenario number.
