repeating loop of air attacks by same sqds

I've been having a peculiar problem with the Jap AI attacking multiple times (5-6 or more) with the same squadrons and the same # of each aircraft type but even more strangely not always the same target in the hex, sometimes ground unit, airbase or TF all in the same turn. I'm playing one of the full campaign games and so far these attacks have only occurred at Akyab. Also so far there has been no effect on the game, my fighters did not come up to meet the attack and no target was damaged, but it's rather goofy.
Please someone remind me what to copy and how to do it and how to put it on the forum, I forget.
I uploaded the last operations report if that helps.

The version you are using is 1106i (last official patch). I believe that problem has been addressed in the current round of betas.

Thanks very much. I'm a klutz and I have another problem I can't figure out. When I start the game from the beta shortcut it doesn't fit my screen. I've tried monkeying around with properties, and nothing works. It only uses 2/3 of the horizontal space and a bit of the bottom is cut off. I am running this on Vista. In properties/compatibility it offers emulation for various Windows versions but Vista isn't one of the options. Any ideas out there?
Thanks.

update: I reduced my default resolution way down and hid the task bar and it works OK but not nearly as well as before. The old version still works perfectly and is not affected by the change I made to the default resolution. What am I missing?
