I have recently bought the game and am learning the ropes playing as Sweden in 1805 scenario.

Denmarks troops seem able to wander about in my territory (we are not at war).
Am I correct that because they are minor country other than declaring war I cannot do anything to stop them ?
Also when they are in my province do they use my resources ?
I dont know what goes on elswhere on the map with minor countries yet but its a bit irritating.

1. Is it a bug?
2. Am I missing something to prevent it.

Not much to do about it, but it does not effect your nation in any way, so there is no danger in this.
