pbem question

the manual seems to indicate that you have to have internet access by Armada to play using PBEM. That is, my understanding of the manual says that Armada accesses Gmail directly to send out your turn. Is this correct? I am asking because I do NOT have internet access at home right now. I access the internet at my local library using a laptop which will NOT play Armada- I use my desktop at home to play games with.

I guess it's possible but a little complicated. Best would be to ask this question on the Ntronium forum.

I'll give a suggestion but i haven't tried myself. You may send the game ingame and as you don't have internet access, the game will store it in the ongoing pbem folder. You could then copy that save and send it manually to the person you're playing with. Then, that person should copy it in it's own folder, play the game...you'd have to copy again his turn and place it in the folder so you can play it. (not sure if i was clear).

Cheers
