Hi
Sorry I first posted this wrongly in the support thread:
I am quiet new to ATG. So I want to try some things to better understand the game. My idea was to create an random scenario and edit some things so that I could see how I or the ai cope with the situation. I like to use random maps for taht as i dont have to build up any thing from scratch.
Any hint?
Cheers
Janko

Well, sorry that noone is able to help you. I'm not a wizard with the editor so I can't give you any good advice myself. I think what you'll need to do is create a new masterfile with your settings and reopen new games from that new masterfile after you make changes to it.

Thank you
I had the same idea but ...
My Problem is that I can“t find a setting that switches the generated scenario to be editable. I found a switch that sounded correct but had no effect. So I am still lost.
Anybody has a tip?
Cheers
Janko

Sounds like you need to disable the masterfile.
This is done quite easily and has no adverse effects. You simply click the the button called masterfile, in the settings section of the editor, then you choose cancel when the dialogue button to load a new one comes up. Everything should then be editable.
