Schizophrenia - diplomatic request bug [1.7.0.7 beta]

Hi Elliot,
I got the following bug: Since winning my war against the Sluken empire, I get requests by the Ikkuro Realm to withdraw my military ships out of one of their systems (a black hole). Not only I have no ships near the respective system - I'm the Ikkuro Realm myself and the mentioned system lays in my influence sphere! (So it's not another Ikkuro Empire; there is no other empire of my race and flag symbol and flag colors equal mine.)

PS:
How is it possible to attach a file directly into a post? I couldn't find the "right button" and using my dropbox is a little bit problematic as I don't know when the file is not needed any more.

PS:
