I think that must be some kind of translation problem Paul. ;)

My rudimentary Dutch says the translation is about right. How rude!

Now there is the difference between Paul and I. He's worried about being called an old gentleman. I'm more worried about the rest of that sentence "can not skip the fermentation". I assume they are accusing us of being alcholics. Must be a Google translation thing. [:)]

Could be that the writer thinks you are so old that you must be dead and mouldering/rotting/fermenting in the ground.
I do have sympathy for Paul though, being called a gentleman when you're an Aussie, is a bit much to bear. [:'(]

I guess you are referring to the translated part "... two elderly gentlemen from Australia can not skip the fermentation is the lowest. " where the original says
"...de to ældre herrer fra Australien ikke springer over hvor gæret er lavest."

LOL, it's obviously an erratic Google translation of a Danish proverb. Google is mixing up the context of the word "gaeret" (definitive form of "field" - or fence (round farmer's fields) - OR .....yeast.

It's literary "the two... hm.. elderly.. (for the lack of proper translation) gentlemen does not jump the fence at it's lowest". Meaning that you're not the kind that takes the easy way out.

I believe it's Google's translator application that's drunk. ;)

A native dane might give an even better translation.
