How can i change the reconstuction units into another hex?

How can i move the construction to another hex?
I dont understand it.

If you mean the battalion sized units, you can't. You can just send them back to their HQ.
You can only control the corps sized units named "FDB X". These move just normal. (The Sowjet version of them is named something like "NKVD Rail Repair".

So the corps FDB X can i move to a railroad i wanted.
