Weather tool-tip not working....

Since either the latest update or the installation of HttR the weather/conditions tool-tip when mousing over the top left weather display...anybody else experiencing this?

No problem here..my weather display (temp, ground, visibility, etc.) is working o.k. w/ mouse over.

I got it sorted out...even after game restarts the weather mouse over would not work...but after a reboot it started working again. Not sure what the issue was...don't care. What was odd was all other mouse overs worked.
