Can't get through to buy the new release.

Could you explain in more detail what is happening?  What errors are occurring, and any messages you are receiving? 

Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at plimus.matrixgames.com.

This is after trying to pay with Paypal.

We are looking into this, if you are able to use a different payment method, please try that.

Credit card works but Paypal doesn't.

I don't think Paypal is a one size fits all everywhere. You can have some local or regional problems depending on the chain of connection. I wasn't doing anything different than I've done successfully many other times trying to buy through them.

I'm a real fan of the series, but unable to buy the downloads as Plimus have rejected my credit card - "Inconsistent contact / billing info" with no explanation. All the details are correct. Tried to order 39,40,41,&42 with Phone payment, Plimus couldn't find the order either.

Guys, you need to give Plimus a good kick as it shouldn't be this difficult to spend money online these days.

I've tried, credit card, phone, not got a paypal account. Any suggestions how to pay?

I purchased Panzer Corps Grand Campaign 42 - Physical with free download. Plimus charged my credit card but would not allowa download. I have notified help desk, but this the second time that this company (Plimus) has done this. The first time was with Panzer Corps Grand Campaign 41.

I suspect that the issue is something to do with me being in the UK and not the USA. I've got another order #3 waiting for approval from Plimus now, will let you know how I get on!

I really wanted to play this tonight, but it's not looking too likely.

Just got a call from the guy at Plimus, so apart from an embarrasing enquiry as to my age (45!), I'm downloading now and off to Poland tonight to meat the locals in my Panzer.
