If Turkey is Neutral, and is attacked by USSR.. does she stay Neutral if USSR is a peace with the other two "sides"

I mean she does not join a side???
Then if YES, what if Axis attack after USSR.. will she then join allies at war with Axis?

sorry.. if Axis and USSR at Peace, and Axis at war with Alloies.. if USSR attacks Turkey... if she is pro western vs pro axis.. interesting..
