I am running Win 7 with default settings, over 1024x 768, with a non-HD monitor, but a Intel HD video card. I cannot see the whole preference menu, or options menu, so I cannot start the tutorial. Once in the game part, I seem to be able to see the whole screen. Resizing display, moving the screen, removing the start bar all has some effect, but not enough to see the whole screen. Thanks.

Just in case, when you run with 768 pixels as vertical resolution, you need to hide the task bar.

Ah, I got it. Im a dumba$$. I did alter a display setting, and that had a dramatic effect. I'm good.
