Scenarios I love

A thread about Race to Bastogne brought back memories of how good that scenario was. What I loved about it is the slow build up in intensity with regards to the fighting and the stiffening defense. The scenario gives you time to plan at the beginning and progress is made though slowly the fighting builds up. This I prefer alot more to scenarios where more or less straight away you thrown into the thick of it and intense fighting breaks out everywhere.
I wish there where more scenarios like Race to Bastogne. I hope the EF titles have this kind of battle included. It felt right and I really had the feeling of planning out an attack in stages.

Wodin,
"Pieper's Race to the Meuse" isn't bad either, as far as manuever and planning. Taking the three bridges at Trois Ponts is tough. You can't just bludgeon ahead. Or Stavelot for that matter.
Gotta think in this one!
Thanks,
Nate

"Greyhound Dash" as Germans is perhaps my favorite. Not too many units, plenty of days long, lots of maneuver room. All around a faithful reproduction of the classic battle for control of the Ourthe River crossings.

Thanks they are on my play list.
I played Hell on wheels as the Allies last night. I did really poor, The dial said I was winning but in reality it was draw (which I have no problem with by the way). Not good. I will try it again later. I have a feeling it shouldn't really be a difficult scenario to win. I lost way to many AFV's. 86! 46 by AFV's, 22 RPG's and the rest was Other (what does Other entail again?)

Hard for me to pick a favorite though Peiper's Race was an intense one I barely won as Germans. Could easily go another way if I replayed.
