Is it just me or do TFs not disband at ports when ordered to do so from their port of origin? latest patch.

zuluhour,

Any "tender" types in your TF? Just wondering because that just happened to me but I had an AD in the mix that was trying to unload.

Thanks,
Nate

No, mostly AKs, cargo types. I'm going to try a convoy or two in NoPac and watch them. I've had to manually disband TFs for a while now. Maybe I hav'ent allowed enough time for them in port.

I have had luck if I set the destination to be their home port, and then click auto-disband before they head out, but I think if they still have a different home port, they won't disband when they arrive at the destination, because they know they still have to go home.

This is a problem. Enterprise CV TF did not disband at Pearl. Pearl was set to home port. Auto Disband was on. Lexington CV TF did disband.

Probably has to do wth Op points remaining. I believe that the TF tries to re-fuel before disbanding so if they moved a reasonable distance and either the port or the TF ran out of Op points, that TF will probably disband on the next turn.

A consistant point on this is if you have tenders or other ships with 'do not unload' clicked on. If they cannot unload they seem unable to disband.
