Trouble adding new CVs and their CAGs

Hello to everybody.
I have been editing an scenario, adding lot of CVs. And I have the two troules:
1.-
I do the design of the CV. Air capacity: 36 (ie). Ok, I create the ship. It appears on game. Ok, two air groups 18+18 (=46). Ok. Located at the CV. Ok. I begin to play and the screen shows as I would have stationed on the CV more planes !!
I had the same trouble with a "Shinano style" CV. Air capacity: 101. I put three air groups of 20. To a sum of 60. When I begin the game, the same: The screen shows as I would have based 120 !!!!
2.-
To "solve" the trouble, and as it was a game against IA, I thought, well: Double capacity ( yeah, a shinano with 180 or so capacity [:D] ). Ok. 4 Shinanos. Looks like it works. Ok, Pearl Harbour attack, ok, Zeros take off, attack, ok, everythinks ok...WAIT:
Zero Air Group unable to return to any suitable CV and missing. Every Zero on my air group lost on the returning leg ( 130 operational loses !!!! ). And.. Well. Dunno what to do, honestly. I think everything it's ok.
