I got this problem with WitE and now with DLC '42 for Panzer Corps...

I'm paying with PayPal, my credit card is charged but no download link...

I have PayPal verified accout but it is not probably enough for you...

Sorry you had problems. The issue is PayPal have changed the way they deal their clients e.g. Plimus. Its part of a shake up in the way financial services are dealt with coming from Visa. We're having to deal direct with PayPal now to give them transparency on our account and its a massive headache. All of our internal system and those at Plimus have had to change at a few weeks notice. Currently its not 100% fully joined up so there are still some issues which we hope to resolve over the coming weeks. It is all down to changes at PayPal. Apologies for any inconvenience.

Thanks for the explaination Ian! Credit card companies can be a real pain. The do provide convenience however.

If you can pay without a credit card it would save Matrix/Slitherine some money.
