PBEM with AI

We are doing a PBEM game and turkey is played by AI, we are now at dip phase and I need tu dip phase and GB who played just before doesnt have the file, how can I get it ?

The game 'plays' the AI phase(s) during the preceding human player's phase. So for diplomacy phase, human Russia should have both the Russia_1805_January_Diplomacy.pbm AND Turkey_1805_Diplomacy.pbm files in the commout folder and should have sent both files. I just verified this with a quick playtest. Check with Russia?
