Can't get 3.4 patch to download

Keeps cutting me off at 19%. Anyone have a solution or idea why this is happening?
Did you try this one - ftp://ftp.matrixgames.com/pub/TheOperat ... 340202.zip
You also can use an FTP download manager e.g. FileZilla?
