This scenario pits a small infantry group, about a platoon, and some tanks (also I have 2 Pz Sf IVs, which are mobile bunker busters with 10.5cm guns on a Pz IV chassis) against a mixed Russian force.

Oberst Wagner stood next to his radioman after ordering his men to report any Russian units.
“Herr Oberst! A motorcycle squad can see a T-34 heading towards their position,” his radioman shouted.
“Settle down Vebber. Tell them to wait and see if any more tanks are heading down the road.”
“Yes, Herr Oberst.”

Wagner watches his recon tanks move slowly towards the objectives around a bend in the road. One of the tanks swerves when a shell explodes next to it. Further south Wagner hears machinegun fire.
His radioman appears at his side, “Sir, a Pz-Ib fired at a KV-1 and forced some infantry to bail off, they also see 10 plus T-34s.”
CLANG!!!
Wagner looks back toward the KV and sees one of the Pz Sf IVs, sitting in some trees near the KV.
“That wasn’t a 10.5cm shell that just hit was it?”
He watched two more shell skip right off the armor.
“Herr Oberst!! The northern Pz Sf IV destroyed a T-34.”
“Good, but I hope that we don’t run out of HEAT rounds.”

“Well, we got a T-34 but our Pz III platoon leader’s tank was hit in the tread.”
“Can he fix it?”
“Pending”

Herr Oberst! LT Faulkner reported destroying a KV with his Pz Sf, but he hasn’t reported back in awhile…. Oh No!!! Sgt Langkeit just had a shell misfire in his Pz Sf. Only his driver and himself lived.”
“So we have lost both of the Pz Sf IVs?”
“Yes, we are down to the Pz IIIs. Ah but we just evened the odds a bit. Our Panzers came through those tree and took our four T-34s.”

“We just lost a Pz III to a long shot from a T-34, and one of the others was hit in the turret and can not fire the main gun or the commanders MG. That’s only four Panzers that can shoot, and one of the of them is immobilized.”
Wagner winces, “At least we are giving them hell.”

“Tell LT Meyer to move his infantry into the trees and put fire on the Russians.”
“Meyers has moved into the trees, but reports that most of the Russians have turned away.”
“Why would the do that? They have almost won.”

Wagner looked over the battlefield strew with burning tanks and bodies in green uniforms littered everywhere.
“They were slaughtered when they ran, he thought, why did they do it?”
“Vebber, tell the men good job!”
