AAR for Battle Academy when playing PBEM

Looks like this thread needs some PBEM AARs. After trying the PBEM for the first time last week, and then playing multiple games since then,..I have to tell you, this is one of the best Human vs. Human games out there. But then I'm WW2 jaded.
The "Gary Grigsby's War in the East" threads have excellent AARs. It'd be great to see some here for BA.
Getting relevant screen shots is the trick.
I'll give this a shot in the near future.
