Fleet Air Arm - Commonwealth Squadrons

I have edited the names of some of the Fleet Air Arm Squadrons, adding a nationality designation for those that are not British. This helps id the source of replacement pilots.
Scenario One
1864 No 803 Sqn FAA(C) C - Canada
1869 No 808 Sqn FAA(A) A - Australia
1876 No 816 Sqn FAA(A) NZ - New Zealand
1877 No 817 Sqn FAA(A) CW - Commonwealth
1825 No 825 Sqn FAA(C)
1900 No 879 Sqn FAA(C)
1901 No 880 Sqn FAA(C)
1902 No 881 Sqn FAA(C)
1908 No 889 Sqn FAA(NZ)
1919 No 1830 Sqn FAA(NZ)
1920 No 1831 Sqn FAA(NZ)

It's probably worth pointing out those squadrons only became 'non-British' post-war. Unlike the RAF's Article XV squadrons, the Dominions didn't stand up complete squadrons for FAA service. The Dominion (and other) non-British personnel in the FAA were simply treated the same as any other FAA personnel for assignment, in fact many were actual FAA personnel, rather than holding commissions in their local Navy (and in practise most Dominion personnel in the RAF served in British squadrons rather than Arcticle XV ones anyway). Sometimes one nationality did dominate, 1830 Sqn was apparently predominantly NZ when it stood up, but there was no guarantee that new pilots assigned after that would be NZ or any other nationality.
I'm not convinced that assigning specific units non-British nationality is the best way of replicating history fpr pilot selection, but it probably comes down to personal preference.

The nationality source of the pilots is already identified on the squadron screen.

If this is a mod (and I presume it is), do you folks know about the pilot pool and pilot experience features in the editor? Just FYI, I've been using the CW field for some late war high value replacements.

What about using the CW field for Fleet Air Arm pilots (easy change)? Allows for giving them higher XP. But it's still a pity that one cannot give them RN (or RM) ranks.
