The Debut of the Tigers

I just finished playtesting this scenario. It is quite difficult against the AI.

In looking it over, it appears that this may work for on-line play if I make a couple of minor adjustments to the AI side. Player two needs objectives and stance changes.

So as soon as I make the pbem/online adjustments, I will post this scenario in both forms.

I think there will be some surprises in this.

Here is a photo of Tiger 114 and friend near Leningrad. (I hope)

Here is the PBEM/Online version of "Debut of the Tigers".

Near Leningrad. Brace yourself for a tough fight from either side.

Remember this is the two-player version. It would be better to wait for the other version if you play against the AI.

Have fun, Chief. Our earlier discussion led me to alter this scenario for you. I hope you will try it and it works out ok.

If I was playing, I would be comfortable with either side.
The attacking German side may purchase about 50% of its force by using the F4 key. These reinforcements will likely be needed.

The map is nasty - move with caution.

THank you

Just downloaded "Debut of the Tigers" my only problem is going to be getting to it, my friend. The Dday scenario (ON LINE) is up to turn 7 or 8 and we (jedi & I) have been at it for 3 or 4 nights, minimum time we put in has been 2.5hrs. We agreed on 20mins/turn and that just about does it. I'm just now getting into the short grass on some of my beaches. At the rate were going (and enjoying) we should be done in time for Xmas dinner. An actual turn lasts about 35 minutes, with opfire etc. There's no way I could setup two games at the same time. My CO, (spelled W-I-F-E) says no to second comp and phone line. So I'll just have to dream on this one for a while. By the way how many turns is this one ?
Thanks again guy.

Chief;
16 turns - relatively small for 2 player, about a battalion, more or less.

There is no hurry.

GRRrrrrrr.....
