BEfore I installed the patch, I could access the PDF manual file from the initial box (the one that has the options Play, manual, forums, etc.).

With the patch installed, that tab doesn't operate anymore. I can access the manual from the initial game screen.

Without access to the PDF file how does one print the manual?

Does the hard copy come with a printed manual?

The pdf User Manual is in the \Data\docs folder. It can be opened and printed normally from there, yes?
