Service tech advises me that the tutorial mentioned elsewhere has been removed, but may be put back up.

Murat's tutorial remains available and, imho, is helpful.

I converted the entire Murat tutorial posts to a pdf document and sent it to Erik Rutins a couple weeks ago. He should be posting it? I also asked about the old tutorial that used to be posted in the Members Area and he said he would look for it and post that too. I do what I can.
