1.10 mini air and naval mod

consts.csv for the Pacific Campaign 1941 scenario, for the 1.10 patch.

Make sure you backup the original!!

Makes these changes:

1) reduces costs of air units and reinforcements for air units, by about 2/3

The intent here is to make the use of air power in the game more fun, because it won't destroy a budget to use them. I did not reduce the effectiveness, as I don't think air units are too powerful.

2) reduced time at sea to 6 turns for regular fleets and 12 turns for raider fleets, before the penalty sets in

3) doubled the penalty for distance from port

Shouldn't point no. 2 be part of the patch? Seems to be a main issue in the game...

I think so, but it's not in the list of patch changes. Maybe next patch?

Then they should include it so we all get an official change of the air units. There's no pressure to bring out the patch tomorrow so we could wait a few days more. Just sayin'

I have planned mod too : after my work on Time of Fury, for a "classic boardgame look", I will adapt this work to SoP. I hope that the 1.10 patch will be coming soon, waiting a long time to have it is hard (hello Doom [:D] [:D] )

OK, this is probably the wrong thread for this, but I have a question regarding editing the consts.csv file to reduce the PP cost for building units across the board, not just for one nationality. I'd like to reduce the cost of most units by at least %25 - %50 for starters. I may adjust that number as needed. Please let me know what I need to do to edit the consts.csv file!

This mini-mod is compatible with 1.11.
