Your disguise as the Vietnamese business man Nguyen was brilliant, but you should have picked a different last name.
Everyone here knows Nguyen is Steiner in Vietnamese.
Your plan to raze the tiny town and rebuild it as a tribute to the Eastern Front Caucasus area where you fought as a younger man is exposed.
What say you, Steiner?
Is it really worth it to destroy an entire town to build a monument to your exploits on the Ostfront?

Its an alias. When you went over to the US, trying desperately to leave behind your German past, you adopted the name Piers Algernon Russki (as you wanted to fit in with the local inhabitants).
Only in recent years have you come to embrace your past and are happy to be openly Steiner once more. Indeed the fact that you are now buying up parts of Wyoming and adopting your own version of Lebensraum, proves that you are now comfortable in your own skin.

You have to actually know Russian. Or you could navigate: control panel, region and language, select the format drop down menu and choose the language you want. Such as Russian, Georgian, Ukrainian...
