Hi,

When loading saved games, the game appears to get stuck on air_units.csv.

There is something wrong with the air units, but I have not figured it out yet.

Did you try to modify the file?

Maybe Doom can help.

You can play the game....

Just do Control Alt delete. Close the message box with the error.
Then go back to game. You will be at the menu.

Did you modded anything in the save game before?

I didn't mod anything in this save game.  Although in a previous save game I did mod some german land units out of French North Africa, as they were popping up in bunches.  However, I successfully continued playing and saving games for many turns after that.

I'm not able to go back and open earlier save games either now. I get the same issue.

This is using Razz's Third Reich mod.

The problem is with the air unit, which is not correctly added into the file.

Razz, are you adding any air units in your mod?

Can it be fixed ?

It was past 11PM when I checked the file and I was tired.

Today I see it is the German bomber 52 Taktische Bomber.
That is added by the AI after it builds a bomber.
It must have been changed when Johan changed the file.
Otherwise the AI generated an error.


I checked all the files for Germany and all the events for planes. Nothing is corrupt.

Hmmm.  Not sure.  I only changed the land_units file so not sure how that ended up changing the air_units file.
