I think you will be fine running it if you have a pretty quick i3/i5/i7 even without a dedicated graphics card. Its turn based and you have the option to use the counters instead of the 3D units plus looking at some of the screenies you can play the game from a top down view and lesson the system load even further.
I have not seen this game running yet but judging from the detail in the screenshots i run more graphicaly detailed realtime games on my i3 notebook without a dedicated graphics chip.

Hi Raizer,
Are your integrated graphics fully DirectX 9 compliant? If so, you should be able to run the game, but not with all the bells and whistles. One of our main focuses in the past few months has been to improve performance on low end systems, so the current minimum specs on the product page will actually be revised down at release and we expect it to run fine on a wider range of systems. Running it with the counters rather than the 3D units should help and there are other graphical options that can be turned down to improve performance, so I would say as long as you are DirectX 9 Compliant, it will work but you will likely have to run things at below the best visual settings.
Regards,
- Erik

oh I should be fine then. I want to do the counters anyways, seeing that I have all the board games. My lap can run all the high end fallout games and runs grigsby's war in russia with ease
