I bought the AddOn "RISE OF ROME" for Field of Glory "Rise of Rome". When I want to download the game it requires some credentials for an ftp server. What data do I need to enter there? I didn't receive any data.

sorry you are having problems. You do not need any ftp details to download. You just click the link in the order email and it should work. If the link is not working contact the Help Desk and they'll get you issued a new link and help you track down why your machine cant download.
