Ehime converts to AG with no delay

It is possible to convert xAK class "Ehime" to AG "Muroto" with no delay in days, meaning tha you will get a AG exactly after asking for the conversion (same turn).
This cannot be WAD... because even the most minimal changes have at least a delay of some days
