I noticed some curious things in manuel : mistake or not ?

1/ PP given by occupied cities are different in 2 parts of manuel
2/Same for annexed cities

What are the correct values ?
const.ini gives that :
[ProductionPointsModifiers]
PPFromOccupiedCity = 0.5
PPFromAnnexedCity = 0.8
PPDistributedFromAnnexedCity = 0.2

3/ Possible error in a exemple given in the manuel (1+2-1=1)

Any anwser, please, concerning PP of cities ? Points 11.1 and 14.5 are in total contradiction, I think. Who is the good way ?
