I've been trying several options to try and get some mods I've been working on to function... I've tried back tracking to find what I can do but no matter what I do I get the error on line 33 issue. I'm not even adding a new race yet and its giving me this issue. I've tried correcting the format, I've tried rebuilding it from the default biases file, I've tried just removing my biases file. None of these seem to work. The error always references the biases file but does not explain the error except that it is on line 33.

I finally found the issue. I had accidentally had a duplicate file of one of the races in the races and policy folder. Guess if you have a race in the folders but dont define them in biases it really doesnt like that. My bad.
