My antivirus (AVG 2012.0.1913) states file update.dat cannot be checked for viruses because is password protected. Is this normal? Thx

Never had it happen to me. but the file is an archive with a password by the looks of it.

Exactly. This is what the antivirus is saying. I guess this shouldn't be a problem I did ask just to be sure. BtW, the same file update.dat under Empires in Arms folder is password protected as well so my bet is that Matrix Games is protecting all those files. Thanks
