Exception Error

I was playing General Petrov vs the AI. During Turn 2 the Russian had been Passing and I had just expended all my APs and CPs. I clicked the Pass button to end Turn 2 and the game exited to desktop and this message was displayed. I reloaded Turn 2. I replayed Turn 2 and the completed the game. Everything worked fine the rest of the game after the reload. Yes, I lost.[:@]
