I'm getting this issue when trying to access the options menu from in game. The close buttons are hidden below the game screen and the window does not drag, so you have to exit to windows to close the options window from the task bar.

Turn Off Changes in Font Scale
If the "DPI Scaling" settings in Windows are larger or smaller than the default size, one or more of the pop-up screens in "Conflict of Heroes" may fail to display properly. To remedy this problem, find "Adjust font size (DPI)" or the "DPI Scaling Control Panel" in "Windows Control Panel" and set the DPI scaling to the default settings.

well, i kept my 125% setting and pass on accessing Preferences in-game

Thanks Mike. I was thinking that maybe it as it has caused some issues with other games in the past.
