All units #1?

I've noticed playing the General Petrov scenario that all my units all have the same number on the chits, #1. All my rifles are #1, all my morters are #1, etc. In the unit APs box they're numbered #1, #2, #3, etc.
I'd hate to think of having to provide a separate chit for each numbered squad. Maybe just dropping the number off the chit altogether would be a solution (if it's not supposed to be this way).
Not a big deal. This is just an observation. I generally ignore any text on the chit. I just look at the AP box.
