Try turning off any antivirus software, updating your video and audio drivers, turning off any background applications, and reinstalling .NET and COH.

Also please verify that you have .NET 3.5 installed in addition to any other versions of .NET that you may have on your machine. You might also look in your Windows\assembly folder and verify that you have a file there called System.Xml Version 2.0.0.0.

reinstalled .net framework 4.0 //// reinstalled xna //// system xml 2.0 is there....game works on my laptop, but not on 2 other desktops; guess 1 outta 3 is a good batting average
