Manual for physical version?

I just got my physical copy (wow--fast!), and it didn't include a printed manual. The online store seemed to imply the physical copy came with a manual--did I misunderstand?

mine's coming today and the only reason I got a hardcopy was for a physcial manual. I remember reading part of the ETA date was waiting on manual printing so perhaps just a snafu if one is missing - I will post when my package comes today as to whether I got one with mine.

Package arrived and yes, I do have the manual. Nice color glossy version of the e-book - sorry you did not have yours, somehow it was missed I guess on packing boxes?

Didn't get a chance to post earlier but Andrew and crew made good in a very fast way--I got my manual almost before I blinked! Thanks, guys!
