Rule error with group firing

There are several restrictions on what units can participate in a group fire and one of them that I noticed is working wrong is the one that states "a unit may not have a hit marker that affects their firepower." I just broke that rule buy using a foot unit that was stunned in a fire group. I got a +1 FP bonus that I should not have gotten.
