I've got a desktop with Intel® Q963/Q965 Express Chipsets (2.0 vertex/pixel shader support)
but when I run the game it says that there's no graphic card with 3.0 support.
I've downloaded the beta patch from members support for 2.0 support but nothing change.

Any workaround ?

Unfortunately the support for Pixel Shader 2.0 that we added doesn't fix all of the incompatibility problems between DirectX 9.0 and 9.0c, so the game simply may not be able to work with this card despite the fact that you have Pixel Shader 2.0 on it.

Could you please confirm the date, time and file size for the hexgame.exe in your installation folder?

Could you also post a DxDiag for us please?

Ok, your video driver is from 2008 and your sound driver is from 2006. Please update those first (you should be able to get updated drivers from HP / Intel / Realtek) and let's test again. Probably a good idea to check for updated chipset drivers as well.

No audio/video driver updates lead to resolution or my problem, but I've changed the old embedded graphic with a Nvidia GT9600 512Mb card.
An old two or three year card that let me play the tutorial firefights at maximum resolution.

Anyway, thanks for your support, you did more than I was expected (and needed).
