For the first time (no comments please:-)), playing as the German I achieve to take Leningrad, Moscow AND Stalingrad...however, USSR is still fighting hard even after pushing eastern these 3 countries. Should any USSR unit or city must be taken to have them surrender?

There is a little chance that the USSR will surrender in a way different than standard conditions, which means capturing all VP cities
