I just saw a message in the after-action report:

"Accelerated training for 2 Chinese pilots from month-cycle 10"

I've never seen this in the years I've been playing this game. What does this mean, and what caused it? If it's a good thing, how do I make it happen to other pilots? If it's a bad thing, how do I prevent it?

It's not bad, it means that 2 pilots in your pilot training pool moved closer to graduating into the main pilot pool due to instructors etc in TRACOM. For it to happen to others, you must have more pilots in training command for each country. Consider yourself lucky as in 4+years of game time, I've never seen chinese pilots do that even though I've got some chinese pilots in TRACOM for years. You must be doing well w/ your chinese units! I mostly see this w/ US pilots as I've got many from those in TRACOM.
